Yes — and it's not a formality. The Launch Package is where we build the brand foundation that makes every future post work. Without it, we're guessing. With it, we're not.
Can I do the Launch Package and just run social myself?
Absolutely. You own everything from the Launch Package the moment it's delivered. The Brand Bible, the Prompt Library, the Calendar — yours to use however you want.
Is the Collective a good fit for a new business?
The Collective works best for downtown Mount Dora retail businesses that are already operating. If you're just opening, a Launch Package gives you a stronger personal foundation first.
What does "platform-specific" actually mean?
Facebook posts are written for Facebook — longer, story-driven, hashtags woven naturally. Instagram posts are punchy and hashtagged in the first comment. They are never copies of each other.
Do you run ads too?
The Full Presence tier includes coordination with Meta Ads — flagging posts that are strong candidates for a $5/day boost. Paid media spend is managed through your own Ads Manager account.
How long does the Launch Package take?
